Techxpo Design Showcase

Techxpo is an annual, premier event showcasing research and design projects developed by ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s students and faculty members. The Lance College of Mines & Engineering, College of Letters, Sciences & Professional Studies, and Highlands College students and faculty members demonstrate applied knowledge to some of the world’s most challenging problems. A panel of industry professionals judges the students’ projects, and the top project in each category is awarded a cash prize. In addition, two Chancellor Awards are announced, as well as an overall Best-in-Show award. This event is free and open to the community, as well as industry partners, alumni, and local area high school and middle school students. Techxpo is a great opportunity for ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s students to display their tremendous accomplishments and talents but also a way to promote math and science education to visiting students.
